Where the internet finds out what it likes
The largest Gen Z media company in the world, and per Tubular Labs the most viewed media brand on Earth. Don't picture the scale. Watch it happen.
Where Kit and Iyrah began. An iPod under a school desk, and a million followers in year one, between lessons. We studied marketing by doing it.
Posts since 2014, at 20 to 30 a day. And that's not a founder thing. Everyone on this team has reps like these.
We test, we feel, we grew the instinct. Day in, day out inside the feed, until knowing whether a post will fly became second nature.

You're joining a team of experts. Nobody here learned social from a textbook, and nobody anywhere understands it better. Not just the two of us, Kit and Iyrah, the entire team. You're early.
Deep in culture
Culture doesn't happen on a feed. It happens when someone sends a post to their best friend. Everything we make has one goal: be the thing the group chat is talking about.
saw you in the gc last night 😭❤️
sent this to 4 different group chats. went crazy in all of them🔥
how do you always post what we were JUST talking about🤯

He'd been following us all summer. So we captioned this post: 100 percent chance he tells us what he had for breakfast. He did. One word, over a million likes.
See his comment ↗We post about him, he shares it, and he DMs us. An ongoing thread with one of the biggest artists on Earth:
More on our media page ↗
We posted the old story that Kanye West once rapped his whole album to Seth Rogen in the back of a limo. Ten million people read it. Then the man himself turned up:
232,461 people liked the confirmation.
See his comment ↗The first generation raised on algorithmic feeds is the most anxious, isolated and divided in history.
The Pubity Forest, planted in the Ecuadorian Andes with TreeApp. One tree for every 1,000 followers back when we hit 40 million. That's the nursery crew above, growing native paper trees in our shirts.
Raised with our audience and the fundraising creator @mdmotivator for Ahmed, one of the men who stopped the Bondi Beach attack in Sydney. 47 million people saw the post. That's the real post on the right, live total and all.
What our community has raised across causes like these over the last few years.
People we've never met write to us about what a post did for them. Three real ones, word for word.
A woman showed one of our posts, a rescue puppy video, to her dad, who has Alzheimer's. Then she messaged to tell us what happened:
"It sparked a memory of his own dog, Tinkerbell, he had as a kid"
We run a chat for 526,000 followers and post daily polls there. One member and his wife laughed at those polls together every day. After she passed, he sent this in, out of nowhere:
"Before my wife passed, one of the things we'd always do together was laugh at your polls and posts. I'll never forget her laughter"
Two years ago we posted bodycam footage of an NYPD officer talking a man down from a bridge. Last December, an email arrived. The officer was him, Carl Fayette:
"Thank you, for the work you do, for choosing hope over hate, and for spreading light even when bad news travels faster"
He'd stayed quiet for two years, he wrote, because the job was about saving that life, nothing more.

Visit DubaiThe leading creative studio in the market. Where brands go to be part of culture, not to interrupt it.
Make brand work worth watching on its own. That's the mission. We find the idea the audience will reward, make it, and put it in front of millions: one team from brief to post, held to the same bar as our own content. Brief-to-live is days, not months, and the work runs 5.9x the average engagement rate.
Brand Strategy
Work out what this brand can credibly say in culture.
Creative
Make big, bold work people stop for.
Social Activation
Make it feel like it belongs in the feed, in our voice.
Data & Measurement
Measure every campaign, learn from it, get sharper.
The teams sit across New York and London, and the studio reaches every hub we're in.
Six campaigns, start to finish. Every number here is from the campaign reports. Tap any of them to see the real posts.

A hotbox in Times Square
Paramount wanted Scary Movie back and opening weekend unmissable. So we rebuilt Shorty's front room, the flat from the films, inside a glass box in Times Square, built by the shop behind the Severance cube, and Ghostface hotboxed it for five hours while the Wayans brothers and Anna Faris sat inside. Greenlight to live in four weeks.
Paramount's chairman Josh Greenstein toasted it in his office, and Muse by Clio wrote us up by name.

45 Homers took over Santa Monica
When The Simpsons took over Fortnite for a season, the in-game story had Homer cloning himself. So we made it real: 50 hand-built Homer costumes, 45 of them marching down Santa Monica doing Fortnite emotes, shot like passer-by footage until the internet did the distribution for us.
Matt Groening, the man who created The Simpsons, turned up unannounced and emoted with the Homers.

We webbed New York
Little Caesars made a Webberoni pizza for Spider-Man: Brand New Day. So we webbed Hot-N-Ready boxes across New York, lamp posts, subway signs, street corners, and filmed real New Yorkers pulling every trick in the book to get one down. Grab it and it was yours.
The comments went so global that Croatia's official account showed up within minutes, and Little Caesars made our films a star of their year-in-review.

Michael Cera, Kevin Durant, and 55 million views
When CeraVe revealed the Michael Cera stunt in Super Bowl week, we amplified it the night it broke: 100K likes in 50 minutes. They came back for Kevin Durant, and we turned his old crusty-legs meme into a redemption arc: the new face of legs. Then they came back a third time, with Carmelo Anthony.
The night of the reveal, CeraVe's agency called: the client wanted to present our numbers in their own meeting.

"Life is beautiful, isn't it?"
We asked our Insiders channel what a drone fleet should write over Dubai's night sky. The audience wrote the options, 1,966 of them voted, and a follower called @dav.hyun won. Over JBR Beach the sky spelled out his five words: Life is beautiful, isn't it?
The audience wrote the ad, and it became the biggest post of the whole campaign.
The neighbour feud on the doorbell cam
Ring wanted its new 4K cameras felt, not explained, and live before Black Friday. So we invented two neighbours and set them feuding for a year, entirely through doorbell clips, one cardboard sign at a time: "your dog likes me better", "you're way too loud before 9am". The whole year took one shoot day in LA, with every fake season built by the art department. The film is playing on this card, tap it for sound.
Ring's leadership shouted it out at their own company meeting. The client's goodbye at wrap: see you in Q1? Absolutely.
The real post ↗
And it's measured properly: campaigns verified with YouGov, Kantar and Nielsen have shown up to +58% purchase intent and $1.4M in tracked sales impact.
Life at Pubity Group
The values we all stick to
Four of them, and everyone in the business holds to them, founders included. They get stamped on everything we make.
Say it straight. Make it clear. The best ideas are the ones everyone in the room gets without asking twice.
Action is the default. Move fast, move smart, deliver, own the outcome. We don't wait for permission we were never going to get.
Titles don't matter. Ideas do. If you have one, bring it. Sales has as much claim on an idea as the creative team.
Share the wins, share the losses, pick each other up. The people who built this place built it for the next people. We owe them the same thing.
The people will tell you themselves
Candidates always ask what the culture is really like. So here it is in their own words: real messages from our Slack.
Kit & Iyrah · the founders. The people below are who you'd actually sit with.

One month into her first design job here.

Sent to the whole company after his manager shouted out his work.

As the community raised relief funds for Venezuela in a week.

On meeting her team at the airport, straight into the summer trip.

After the London Underground voice's inbox flooded with love.

The night a huge Fortnite campaign went live.

Deadpan at 1:35am, while the team was still up geeking out.

On the Venezuela relief push she organised, out of nowhere.
Built in a little over a decade, most of it in the last five years. Here's today, and what comes next. You'd be joining for this part.
That's the deal. We're founder led, we're building the greatest media company of our generation, and every target on our wall is a promise to the next person we hire. Everything about this place, the office, the rituals, the people, is set up for one thing: you come in, and you do the best work of your career.
No idea gets turned away here, whatever department you sit in. If you have one, bring it. It will get explored.
Think you'd be better in a different role? Spotted a client we should go after? Say it, and you get the tools to go and do it. It's why people here never stop learning.
The numbers are shared with the whole company in full, and you get real visibility to Kit and Iyrah at the top. You can always ask why.
The thing you make on Monday can reach a hundred million people by Friday.
We're excited
to meet you
Bring questions and opinions. We want to hear how you see it.
